It means you’ll also forfeit your Absoluter discount for your skincare subscription. We’ll send you an email prompt to remind you to reactivate your supplement subscription before your next skincare subscription delivery is due. That way, you’ll still receive the deepest discount possible.
If I take out a new supplement subscription, how long is it until I receive my Absoluter discount on skincare subscriptions?
It can take up to 2 days for the Absoluter discount to show in your account.
I have a Day Cream subscription and a Serum/Haircare subscription, but I’m not getting the lowest Absoluter price. Why is this?
Skincare and haircare subscribers receive a deeper discount than someone buying as a one-time purchase, but to qualify for the BEST Absoluter discount, you’ll need to be a collagen supplement subscriber.
I’m a haircare and supplement subscriber. Do I qualify for Absoluter pricing on haircare?
Currently, Absoluter pricing is valid on the Deep Lift skincare range only.
Does my Absoluter discount show in my account?
Yes, if you’re a current supplement and skincare subscriber, when you log into your account, you’ll see the discounted rate. Supplement subscriber, but not yet a skincare subscriber? Once logged in, you’ll be able to see the discounted rates available across skincare at checkout.
