Consumer Terms and Conditions of Sale

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, references to the Promotion means the promotion in which, in order to receive up to 40% across skincare and haircare (the Promotional Offer) (while stocks last), certain previous and current Absolute Collagen customers (as fully detailed in the Promotional Terms) must purchase one or more of Absolute Collagen’s bundle items as a one time purchase. This offer is not valid on skincare subscriptions, Christmas gifts or single skincare purchases. Please see below the full terms and conditions for this Promotion (the Promotional Terms) The Promotional Terms incorporate Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here to find those) but to the extent that the two sets of terms and conditions conflict, these Promotional Terms shall prevail.

The Promotional Terms:

1. In order to receive the Promotional Offer while stocks last, you must, between [12:01 am (GMT) on Tuesday 30th September] and [11:59pm (GMT) on Tuesday 11th November 2025] (the Promotional Period) make a one off purchase of one or more of the skincare care bundles. (the Skincare Products).

Once you have completed the above, you will be considered eligible to receive the Promotional Offer (Eligible Customers). You will automatically receive the Promotional Offer if stocks are still available when you make your purchase unless you email: hello@absolutecollagen.com after you have completed your purchase to advise that you do not wish to receive the Promotional Offer.

2. Please note that this Promotion will only run while stocks last and Absolute Collagen reserves the right to end this Promotion ahead of the end of the Promotion Period when no further stocks are available. Promotion ends 11th November 2025.

3. Eligible Customers shall be deemed to have accepted these Promotional Terms.

4. Eligible Customers must reside in the UK and be aged 18 or older.

5. The promotional offer is up to 40% across skincare and haircare.

6. Employees, consultants, officers, agents or any other representatives of Absolute Collagen, its third-party partners, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Promotion may not enter the Promotion.

7. Absolute Collagen reserves the right to hold void, suspend or withdraw this Promotion at any time and/or amend these Promotional Terms without prior notice, for whatever reason, and without liability for doing so.

8. Absolute Collagen will always use your data responsibly and only collect, store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and all relative European Union and Member State data protection legislation in force and as amended or replaced from time to time including, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR).
