Fairness for all? ABSOLUTELY!
Absolute Collagen’s JEDI Policy
OUR COMMITMENT
At Absolute Collagen, we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, respected and supported.
Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) are more than policies on paper. They shape how we work, how we make decisions, how we serve our customers and how we show up in our communities.
This commitment applies across our operations, customer experience, partnerships and wider business practices. It is reflected in our policies, processes and everyday behaviours.
Our Executive Team has formally approved this commitment and is accountable for ensuring it remains embedded across the business. We make this commitment public because transparency matters, and progress is strongest when it is shared.
OUR VALUES
JEDI isn't just something we say — it's something we live. ACER is our guide for turning these principles into everyday action.
Authenticity: We empower everyone to be their true selves, creating a culture where authenticity and integrity build trust and lasting relationships with our team, customers, and community.
Collaboration: We believe great things happen together. By embracing teamwork, mutual respect, and diverse perspectives, we build stronger relationships and achieve better outcomes for our team, customers, and community.
Entrepreneurial: We encourage innovation, creativity, and initiative, empowering our people to challenge convention, embrace new ideas, and drive positive change.
Responsibility: As a B Corp-certified company, responsibility is at the heart of everything we do. We hold ourselves accountable to high social, environmental, and ethical standards, striving to make a positive impact every day.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Justice
We actively identify, challenge and remove barriers, bias and inequity wherever they exist — because inclusion doesn't happen by accident.
Equity
We don't treat everyone the same — we treat everyone fairly. That means recognising where support is needed and taking action to provide it.
Diversity
We celebrate different identities, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, and champion representation throughout our business.
Inclusion
We work to create environments where everyone feels valued, respected and able to belong.
