Collagen Cocktails For Your Festive Parties

With the party season officially here and New Year's Eve just a few weeks away (even we can’t believe how quickly the year has gone!), it’s safe to say that no celebration is complete without an incredible drinks menu. Here at Absolute Collagen, we’ve created a list of deliciously festive cocktails, which have been infused with a special ingredient - collagen! So, not only do you get a selection of delectable drinks, but you can benefit from your daily dose of collagen too.

Grab the cocktail shaker and let’s get into the Christmas spirit(s).

Christmas Rum Punch

This festively fruity cocktail really packs a punch, with an abundance of sweet and sour flavours. To make this indulgent cocktail you’ll need…

Ingredients (Serves 6):

• 170ml Bacardi Añejo Cuatro Rum
• 170ml Pineapple juice
• 170ml Orange juice
• 50ml Lime juice
• 
  2 Absolute Collagen Mango & Mandarin liquid sachets
  
• 1 tbsp Almond syrup
• 6 Orange slices
• 6 Mint sprigs or peppermint candy canes
• Ice

Instructions:

Grab your cocktail shaker and add in all the liquid ingredients. Shake well until it’s fully blended and has a slight frothy finish. Pour into highball glasses and drizzle a light layer of almond syrup over the top. For garnish, add a fresh orange slice and mint sprig, or for a festive touch, switch out the mint sprig for a peppermint candy cane.

Colla-gin & Tonic

For those who love a classic G&T with a citrus centric core, this is the perfect cocktail for you.

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

• 60ml Fresh lemon juice
• 100ml Hendricks London Dry Gin
• 
  1 Absolute Collagen Lemon liquid sachet
  
• 60ml Chambord
• 60ml Sugar syrup
• Tonic water
• Lemon slice
• Ice

Instructions:

Add the ice, syrup, gin, Chambord and Absolute Collagen liquid sachet into a cocktail shaker and shake for 7-10 seconds until chilled. In your gin glass, pour the tonic water over some ice and strain in the mixture. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice for that extra tangy twist.

Have A Merry Berry Christmas

Lastly, here’s a cocktail for those who love a fresh berry burst with the Absolute Collagen Raspberry supplement.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

• 90ml of Belvedere Vodka
• 50ml Raspberry puree
• 
  1 Absolute Collagen Raspberry liquid sachet
  
• 10ml Lemon juice
• 10ml Sugar syrup
• Soda water
• Sugared cranberries
• Ice

Instructions:

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Add in the vodka, raspberry puree, Absolute Collagen liquid sachet, lemon juice and sugar syrup, then shake generously. Fill your glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture until the halfway mark. Top up the rest of the glass with soda water. Garnish with two sugared cranberries for a fun, festive flair.

These cocktails are ideal to make as mocktails too. Simply switch out the spirit for a non-alcoholic spirit and they’ll taste just as good.
