Delivery and Returns
At Absolute Collagen, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service. If, however, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Returns
We’re unable to accept returns of our collagen supplements once they’ve been dispatched. Because they’re ingestible products, we can’t restock or resell them once they’ve left our care. This is for quality control, hygiene and customer safety reasons.
Our supplement 90-day money back guarantee however does apply if you can prove there's been no visible results after 12 weeks. Please contact our customer services team for more information on this.
Subject to our terms and conditions , we are able to accept returns of our other products. If you have an issue with your order, or you think something may have gone wrong, please let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. In this instance, please get in touch here .
UK Orders
All first-time orders are shipped by Royal Mail using a 24-hour tracked service or FedEx for larger orders. Please note subsequent orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service there is a next day service provided by FedEx Next Day service and can be used if selected by the customer. FedEx service is not available for the Channel Islands, Jersey or Guernsey.
For subscription orders, after the initial delivery, these are shipped by Royal Mail using a 48-hour service.
We aim to process all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day. During busy periods there can be delays, but we will always aim to get the order out the same day.
Any orders received on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.
Please note, delivery time frames may be impacted during the Christmas period.

International Orders
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, for some international countries there is a maximum order quantity of 8 boxes per order.
