Why have you created a supplement with bovine in it?
We wanted to offer a more accessible, everyday great value collagen supplement option. Bovine collagen is more cost effective to produce than marine collagen and so a blend is the perfect choice for those wanting great results at a great price.
Essential Blend contains 5000mg of bovine and 3000mg of marine collagen.
As this is cheaper, does that mean it’s less effective than your other collagen supplements?
Due to our Essential Blend product being so new, our bovine collagen hasn’t yet been through clinical trials. Our marine collagen (included in the product) has been clinically trialled and is proven to deliver absolutely incredible results.
Each dose of Essential Blend contains 60g of vitamin C - the level that’s clinically proven to support collagen formation and deliver results. Our marine collagen products include 120mg of vitamin C to provide additional antioxidant support alongside the collagen.
Does the addition of bovine mean Essential Blend will benefit my joints?
We pride ourselves on our beauty benefits that we see across skin, hair and nails (which we have clinically proven claims for through our marine collagen).
There’s scientific, clinical evidence that collagen and vitamin C (which are the 2 hero ingredients in our supplement) can help support both joint and gut health, but this isn’t what we have tested for and is therefore the reason we don’t make these claims.

Both flavours contain just 37 calories per serving.
Why are the 2 different flavours different weights?
This is due to the different flavourings in the ingredients. The flavourings in the BERRY pouch weigh more than the flavourings in the MANGO & PEACH pouch.
