This is my ultimate breakfast boost smoothie which is perfect for those busier, lighter mornings. It’s packed with healthy fats and omega-3 to support your brain function, potassium, magnesium and calcium to support your everyday wellbeing. I add Absolute Collagen’s Marine Collagen Powder as one scoop provides 8,000mg of marine collagen and 60mg of vitamin C to nourish and hydrate my skin. It’s beyond easy and super nourishing so what’s not to love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Overly ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp Almond butter

  • 1 Tsp Ground flaxseeds
