My ‘60 Things Before I’m 60’ bucket list pushed me well outside my comfort zone (which, by the way, is where all the good stuff happens). I’ve learned that ageing isn’t something to hide from - it’s a privilege that sadly many don't get. My own mother passed away in her 60th year. I genuinely feel like I’m stepping into my best era yet, and I can’t wait! If I could tell other women one thing, it would be this: don’t brace yourself for milestones - back yourself through them.”
