Morning Matcha Mocha

Most of us have tried a mocha, but have you ever tried a Matcha Mocha?! This is my morning hug in a mug. Not only is a matcha mocha insanely delicious and enough to get you out of bed in the morning. Ingredients:

  • 300ml Milk
  • 1g Matcha
  • 2 Tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup

Method:

1. Add the matcha and cacao powder to a mug and whisk through with 1 tbsp of water.

2. Next, add the milk, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract to a pan and bring to the boil.

3. Pour the milk into the mug and then stir through the collagen.
